Double Vanilla Almond Pancakes
Double comes from vanilla sugar scented with cleaned vanilla pods and pure vanilla extract
The first picture is just before turning it over, I let half of the bubbles pop and remain open before doing so.
This is how you want a pancake to look if you like a buttery, crispy top.
